Large holiday cottage / gite in south brittany La Maison Bourgeoise is a 5 bed, 3 story, beautifully renovated gite, complete with stunning river views from the terrace and garden which has access to a shared swimming pool and a children’s play area. The rear terrace of the gite has a bbq & table and chairs for outside dining. The front patio has a table and chairs & is now privately enclosed and has parking space for 2 cars.
The inside of this holiday cottaga has a large, airy kitchen / dining area The living area of Maison Bourgeoise is a comfortable, open plan, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished room that includes English TV and a DVD & CD player.
Large Cottage in Southern Brittany - Kitchen Area The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer and all the necessary utensils and is furnished to a very high standard.

 The king size room is at the very top of the gite and is large & spacious with a king size bed, wardrobe, drawer unit, chair & footstool beside lamps and spectacular views over the outside areas and the river Vilaine. There is also a DVD/TV player.
On the first floor of the holida cottage is a large, double room The double room is situated on the first floor and is very light and airy with a large double bed, wardrobe and dressing tables. Views over the rear gardens and the river Vilaine.
Bunk bed on the first floor of our holiday gite in south brittany The bunk bed is also on the first floor and is ideal for children and adults. It is compact but light and airy with comfortable bunks, a chest of drawers & a chair.
Small children's room for holidays in south brittany Adjacent to this room is a small bedroom furnished for a small child/infant. It has a small drawer unit, a starter bed, a cot and a small wicker chair. A travel cot is also available. Also on this floor is a lovely shower room with a sink and WC.
Twin room on the first floor of our south brittany holiday cottage The twin room is on the first floor and is light & airy with two full size white metal single beds, drawer unit and views over the rear gardens and the river Vilaine.
Our holiday cottage in Southern Brittany boasts a luxurious bathroom The first floor boasts a truly luxurious bathroom decorated to a very high standard with large bath, overhead shower, sink, & WC.
Outside our South Brittany holiday gite is a large play area for the children The children’s play area can be accessed from the swimming pool area and is equipped with swings, slide, sea saw, playhouse & bench. Beyond this area you can view our lovely goat Rosie and all our chickens and cockerels.
At the back of the southern brittany holiday gites is a large swimming pool The fully lit swimming pool area has a number of sun-loungers and umbrellas for your total relaxation. Jacuzzi available for extra weekly cost.

The pool is open from 1st of June to end of September. PRICES FOR 2012
